Lynda Rey has an eclectic profile navigating between practice and research in health and public administration and supporting international organizational transformations. Professor of program evaluation at the National School of Public Administration in Montreal, her expertise is based on scientific knowledge and innovative planning and implementation approaches and strategies to improve practice and public policies. She is currently contributing to efforts to strengthen health systems in the context of immunization, covering around ten French-speaking countries affected by the COVID-19 pandemic within the Global Alliance for Vaccination and Immunization in Geneva.


A graduate of the IEP of Aix-en-Provence and with a master’s degree in development policies and humanitarian action, she holds a doctorate in public health and a 3rd cycle diploma in Analysis and evaluation of health interventions from Montreal University.
