Réginald Fleury is responsible for expertise at the Bureau de la lutte au racisme et à la discrimination systémique (Office for Combating Racism and Systemic Discrimination) of the City of Montreal. He advises various municipal bodies on urban security issues. With over 15 years of experience in the field of education, he specializes in implementing practices of equity, inclusion, and social justice.
