Trainer, speaker, and career orientation coach, Marie-Andrée Desriveaux, is a member of the Order of Career Counselors of Quebec (OCCOQ), holding a master’s degree in education with a focus on orientation from the University of Sherbrooke and a second-cycle microprogram in Art Therapy from the University of Quebec in Abitibi-Témiscamingue.
With over 18 years of experience in individual and group career orientation, Marie-Andrée Desriveaux founded M.A.D Orientation in June 2020. She has developed an original orientation method based on a better understanding of oneself through the expression of emotions, aiming to facilitate well-informed career decisions.
Drawing on a strong expertise gained from a diverse clientele – multicultural, young, adult – with or without specific needs such as adaptation, motivation, behavior, or learning difficulties, she also intervenes following S.A.A.Q. and C.N.E.S.S.T procedures to develop a personalized training plan or guide an adapted job search.
