Eunice Eliazar is a doctoral student at the National School of Public Administration. She holds dual master’s degrees in organizational communication and gender public policy. Her doctoral project compares the policies for integrating women into the civil service in France, Quebec, and Haiti, continuing the analysis of Haiti’s gender-specific policy, available here. Winner of the Plan International France project call in 2023, she coordinates the youth magazine Aquar’Elle, raising awareness among French-speaking youth about the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Formerly a journalist-editor at Haiti’s Le Novelist newspaper for three years, she has also worked in two French communities on employer branding and equality policies.
