The Cahiers de l’Observatoire des communautés noires du Québec provide summaries of the scientific literature on issues affecting black communities. They thus make it possible to popularize the knowledge produced on these issues and facilitate their understanding by the general public. They are aimed in particular at community stakeholders, students and researchers.
