PROJET - 4C: A DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP TOOL
The 4C project provides disadvantaged youth and families with a digital environment conducive to the pursuit of their learning and the exercise of their digital citizenship. In addition, it helps participating families to make the digital transition, thus contributing to their socio-economic integration.

Provide disadvantaged families with equipment, Internet access when needed, and support to fight the digital divide | |

Provide technical support 6 days a week to families in 5 languages (French, English, Creole, Spanish, Arabic) | |
Breaking the social isolation of seniors exacerbated by COVID19 |
Target audience
- Families and youth : The 4C project was originally designed for families. With the pandemic, the project also targets young people who need computer tools for homework and learning.
- Seniors : The senior’s program is designed for people 60 years of age and older.
- Off-site : The project also carries out distributions in low-income housing for the benefit of tenants who do not meet the selection criteria.
- Organization : The Summit supports organizations by making computer equipment available to them at reduced prices.
